These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Flux Data Solutions website (getfluxdata.com) and services provided by Gloss Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Flux Data Solutions provides business automation, AI integration, data scraping, and consulting services. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are defined at the time of purchase or in a separate service agreement.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect existing orders.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information.
For subscription services, billing occurs monthly until cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our Revenue X-Ray service, we offer a full refund if the audit does not identify at least $10,000 per month in revenue improvement opportunities. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

For implementation and ongoing management services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Work completed before a cancellation request is non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom work product delivered to you (automations, reports, integrations). We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and anonymized case studies for our own marketing and service improvement.

Confidentiality

We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not share your proprietary data, processes, or strategies with third parties without your explicit permission.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Flux Data Solutions, you agree to the following:

You may receive appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and service-related notifications via SMS
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message

We will not send unsolicited marketing messages via SMS

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue increases. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
